01 / Use of Our Website

Our website provides information about Grail Gallery and allows individuals and businesses to inquire about selling sneakers, streetwear, collectibles, and related products directly to us.

By using our website, you agree to:

02 / Inventory Submissions and Quotes

Grail Gallery operates as a direct buyer of inventory. We purchase products outright rather than acting as a consignment service or marketplace intermediary.

When submitting inventory for consideration, you acknowledge that:

  • All inventory information provided must be accurate and complete.

  • Quotes are based on the product details, quantities, condition, and market demand at the time of evaluation.

  • Grail Gallery provides firm quotes and does not engage in ongoing price negotiations.

  • Submitting inventory does not guarantee an offer or purchase.

  • Grail Gallery reserves the right to accept or decline any proposed transaction at its discretion.


Quotes are subject to the stated terms of the individual transaction and any applicable verification requirements.


03 / Product Authenticity and Condition

All products submitted to Grail Gallery must be authentic, legally owned, and accurately represented.

By agreeing to sell inventory to Grail Gallery, you represent that:

  • You are the lawful owner of the products or are authorized to sell them.

  • All products are authentic and do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.

  • Product descriptions, quantities, sizes, and conditions are accurate.

  • Any defects, damage, missing accessories, or other material discrepancies have been disclosed before the transaction.


Grail Gallery reserves the right to inspect, authenticate, and verify all products received.

If products differ materially from the information originally provided, Grail Gallery may propose revised transaction terms, reject affected products, or cancel the transaction, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.


04 / Shipping and Logistics

Grail Gallery may coordinate shipping labels, freight arrangements, or local pickups depending on the size and nature of a transaction.

Sellers agree to:

  • Package products securely and appropriately for transportation.

  • Follow any shipping or logistics instructions provided by Grail Gallery.

  • Provide accurate shipment details when requested.

  • Ensure that shipped inventory corresponds to the agreed transaction.


Grail Gallery is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed shipments during transit, regardless of whether shipping arrangements or labels were coordinated or provided by Grail Gallery, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded. Sellers assume the risks associated with transportation and may request additional shipping insurance at their own expense, subject to availability and carrier terms. Grail Gallery does not guarantee carrier performance, insurance coverage, or reimbursement for shipping-related losses.


05 / Inspection and Verification

Upon receipt of inventory, Grail Gallery conducts an intake and verification process to confirm product quantities, authenticity, and condition.


If discrepancies are identified, including missing products, incorrect sizes, undisclosed damage, or authenticity concerns, we may communicate the findings to the seller and propose adjustments to the original quote.


All decisions regarding the acceptance, rejection, or return of inventory following inspection are made at Grail Gallery's sole discretion, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement. Grail Gallery reserves the right to reject products that do not meet its authentication, condition, or verification standards.


Any proposed adjustment to the agreed purchase price requires the seller's acceptance. If revised terms are not accepted, Grail Gallery may decline the affected products. Return arrangements and associated costs will be determined by Grail Gallery, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.


06 / Payments

Grail Gallery purchases accepted inventory outright and does not operate on a consignment or commission-based payout model.


Payments may be issued through bank wire, Zelle, PayPal, or another mutually agreed payment method.


Payments are typically processed within three (3) business days after inventory is received, subject to successful intake, inspection, and verification. This timeframe is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Processing may take longer during periods of increased shipment volume, including holiday seasons, peak business periods, or other operational circumstances.


Grail Gallery reserves the right to extend processing times as reasonably necessary to complete its internal intake and verification procedures. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment becomes due only after the applicable inventory has been accepted in accordance with the agreed transaction terms.


07 / Transaction Cancellations

Grail Gallery reserves the right to decline or cancel a proposed transaction before completion when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Material discrepancies in inventory quantities or condition.

  • Suspected counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented merchandise.

  • Fraudulent or misleading information.

  • Failure to comply with agreed transaction terms.

  • Other circumstances that prevent lawful or reasonable completion of the transaction.


Any cancellation after inventory has been received will be addressed in accordance with the parties' agreed terms and applicable law.


08 / Intellectual Property

All content displayed on our website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, images, and other materials, is owned by Grail Gallery or used with appropriate authorization, unless otherwise stated.


You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our website content without prior written permission.


References to third-party brands, trademarks, or products are for identification purposes only and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.


09 / Third-Party Services

Our website and business operations may involve third-party providers, including shipping carriers, payment processors, and technology platforms.

Grail Gallery is not responsible for the independent practices or services of third parties beyond the extent required by applicable law.


10 / Limitation of Liability

Any liability arising from a specific inventory purchase transaction remains subject to applicable law and the terms separately agreed upon by the parties.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grail Gallery LLC, its employees, representatives, and affiliates against third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from your fraudulent conduct, violation of applicable law, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms.


This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from Grail Gallery's own unlawful conduct.
